We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates and quotes

Free Standard Shipping is available at checkout for eligible orders with a subtotal of $200 or more. Orders below $200 require a shipping quote before purchase. If no shipping option appears at checkout, contact sales@luxurytubsdirect.com with the product and delivery ZIP code so we can confirm availability and the delivered total before you place an order.

Delivery coverage and services vary by product and supplier. Contact us before ordering if your delivery requires a liftgate, inside delivery, unloading assistance, an appointment, or access to a remote or restricted location. We will confirm available services and any quoted charges before you place the order.

Order confirmation and supplier availability

An order confirmation means we have received your order. It does not confirm supplier stock or a dispatch date. Products ship directly from our suppliers, and we review availability and fulfillment details before arranging shipment. If an item is unavailable or the expected lead time changes, we will contact you about the available options.

Dispatch, delivery estimates and tracking

Dispatch and delivery times depend on the product, supplier, carrier and destination. We do not guarantee one shipping or delivery timeframe for every product. Contact us for a current estimate before ordering, and wait for shipping confirmation before scheduling installation or unloading equipment.
