1. Warranty Coverage
Aquavoss offers a 1-year limited warranty on parts for all our cold plunge models. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use of the product. The warranty begins from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner only.
2. Warranty Exclusions
Please note that the Aquavoss warranty does not cover labor costs associated with repairs or replacements. It also does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or any other factors beyond normal wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
3. Warranty Claim Process
In the event that you experience an issue covered by the warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:
Contact our customer support team by phone or email, providing your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
Our customer support representative will guide you through the necessary troubleshooting steps to identify the problem and determine if it falls within the warranty coverage.

This warranty program is valid only in the country of purchase and is subject to the laws and regulations governing warranties in that jurisdiction.

Shipping Policy
1.0 Shipping Policy within continental USA
1.1 Shipment processing time
All Aquavoss orders are processed within 24 hours and production time is typically 3 to 10 days, unless items are out of stock.
Shipments and deliveries are handled by our third party shipping companies and the typical delivery time is 10 business days.
Email sales@luxurytubsdirect.com for tracking information. In the case of any unforeseen shipping and logistics issues, unexpected delays in processing and delivering your order may occur. If delays occur, your tracking information will be updated.

1.3 Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You’ll receive shipment confirmation and tracking number within 24 hours of your product shipping.
1.4 Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact sales@luxurytubsdirect.com directly to file a claim within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Please be sure to carefully open, save all packaging material, and inspect your purchase for any concealed damage before filing a claim. Inspection includes visual and an operational inspection (see product manual for details).

Return/Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped from our warehouses will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
-Cancellations for orders that have already been shipped from our warehouses and are already in transit to your specified shipping address will incur a 30% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping costs.
-Returns for orders that are unopened and still in the manufacturer’s original packaging without defect are acceptable within 30 days of purchasing and will incur a 30% restocking fee in addition to return shipping costs.
-Sales are final for all orders in which the original manufacturer’s packaging has been opened or tampered with in any manner. Any order which has been opened or removed from its original packaging will be considered final and non-returnable.
To return your product, follow these steps:
1. Start the return process by emailing sales@luxurytubsdirect.com
2. Once you receive authorization to return, carefully package and ship the product to the warehouse listed on the shipping label of your item.
3. Once the warehouse team receives the returned item, it will be inspected for any damage and missing parts. Returns inspection will take 24-48 hours before generating a report for the Office Manager. If any items are missing or damaged, your refund amount will be reduced by the cost of replacing/repairing damaged or missing parts.
4. Our Office Manager will review and process your return within 24-48 hours of receiving the report from the warehouse team.
5. Once we process a return, you should expect to see a refund of your original product purchase amount plus taxes (if any charged), minus the restocking fee and any additional refund deductions for damaged or missing parts. The refund amount will be reflected on your account within 5-7 business days.
