Ella Deluxe, is our most popular standard sized walk-in bathtub measuring 29.5” wide and 55” long with a comfortable 19.5” wide seat, making this a great choice for average sized bathers.
The Deluxe features a beautifully designed brushed stainless steel and frosted tempered glass inward swing door and a white glossy acrylic shell which makes this walk-in tub look modern and sleek. Images reflect the Air + Hydro massage jetting option with an Ella 5 piece fast-fill faucet, right hand door & drain position.
Ella’s Deluxe is vacuum formed from a solid acrylic sheet. Under the shell is a stainless steel frame reinforced with fiberglass mesh and gelcoat layers. Size: 29.5 in. x 55 in. x 38 in. (fits standard 60 in. opening with extension panel).
The Deluxe’s main feature is the U-shape inward swing door made from brushed stainless steel with a frosted tempered glass window. The extended lever lock creates a watertight door seal.
The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet has: 2 temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. It has a fill rate of 18 GPM, based on plumbing conditions. The tub also comes with Ella’s unique Dual Drain Technology consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain.
The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jets. Ella’s Deluxe has 12 hydro jets: 8 upper, fixed jets provide relief to your back, hips and thighs; and 4 lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves.
The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets, and an auto-purge maintenance system. The Deluxe has 10 air jets: 2 bidet jets and 8 floor jets for your feet and legs. Additionally, Chroma-therapy will dazzle your tub with multicolor LED lights. Stream one color, or allow it to cycle through 8.
Massage Technology
Hydro and Air Massage System
The Elite walk-in tub has sixteen (16) strategically placed air jets in order to deliver rejuvenating therapeutic relief. Eight (8) upper, fixed flat jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while an additional eight (8) jets located in the lower foot area deliver a gentle massage to your feet and calves. Additionally, two (2) of the eight (8) upper jets are bidet jets.
The air massage system includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets for optimal therapeutic relief, and auto-purge to maintain an air system free of any build ups.
Ella’s Air Jet System includes an Auto Purge System. It automatically activates 20 minutes after completing your bath in order to blow out any excess water and bacteria from the air jet lines. Auto-purge will run for 120 seconds to ensure your system is clear and free of moisture and excess water helping to prevent mildew build up.

Ella 5 Piece Fast Fill Faucet
The Ella 5 Piece ¾” Fast Fill Faucet with pull out multi-function hand shower in chrome finish is perfect for your walk-in bathtub or any bathtub where fill time matters. The fast fill 5-piece fills at a rate of up to 18 GPM (gallons per minute) based on in house plumbing conditions. If desired, the pull-out hand shower can be used for showering while the bathtub is filled to stay warm.

Warranty
The limited lifetime warranty of parts is nontransferable and applies only to the original customer living at the address of the installation. The warranty relates to all fittings and components including: the bathtub shell, frame, motors, pumps, fixtures, electronic controls, faucet, drain, and overflow. The warranty of the door and door seal is only valid if the alignment of the bathtub and the door is done correctly, and the alignment of the door is not affected by the bather’s weight applied to the door, which may result in misalignment of the door and/or a water leak. The plated finish may be covered by the limited lifetime warranty under normal use and conditions, however the warranty does not apply to a finish that is fading, cracking, delaminating, blistering, or scouring due to excessive wear, sun fading, or cleaning. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to products previously used as display models, products that have been modified or repaired by anyone else but Ella’s Bubbles, and does not apply to any failure resulting from negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, chemical corrosion, or improper maintenance. A relocation of the product or alteration and/or modification made of or to the product or system(s) will void the limited lifetime warranty. Should service be required for any reason of defect or malfunction of the product, Ella’s Bubbles will ship the part to the original customer's address without charge (for the contiguous USA and Canada customers only), contingent on verification of the defect or malfunction. In order to verify the defect or malfunction, a photo and description of the issues must be presented to an Ella’s representative. Ella’s Bubbles is not liable for any incidental expenses or material charges in connection with removal or replacement of the product or parts. Delivery time is based on the part(s) availability and location, however, part(s) are generally sent out immediately. Disclaimer: Limited Lifetime Warranty for Parts Does Not Apply to Thermostatic Control Valve (TCV) Thermostatic Control Valve (TCV) warranty has a (1) year limited warranty which does not cover cartridge malfunction due to contaminated water with calcium, iron or other found heavy particles in the water resulting in TCV not properly operating. The TCV must be protected with a filter or mesh placed in the water lines, which must be cleaned periodically. Ella's Bubbles offers cleaning service for the cartridge for a nominal fee: labor + shipping. Cleaning of the cartridge is done at Ella's Bubbles facility, or can be completed by a contractor hired by the customer. The removal and cleaning of TCV should only be performed by a licensed and insured contractor or plumber. Non-Ella brand faucets covered under the manufacturer’s original warranty are not covered by the Ella’s Bubbles Warranty.

1.1 Shipment processing time
All Ella Tub orders are processed within 24 hours and production time is typically 3 to 10 days, unless items are out of stock.
Shipments and deliveries are handled by our third party shipping companies and the typical delivery time is 3-7 days. Email sales@luxurytubsdirect.com for tracking information. Due to global shipping and logistics issues, unexpected delays in processing and delivering your order may occur. If delays occur, we will update you via email.

1.3 Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You’ll receive shipment confirmation and tracking number within 24 hours of your product shipping.
1.4 Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact sales@luxurytubsdirect.com directly to file a claim within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Please be sure to carefully open, save all packaging material, and inspect your purchase for any concealed damage before filing a claim. Inspection includes visual and an operational inspection (see product manual for details).
2.0 International Shipping Policy
2.1 Customs, duties, and taxes
Luxury Tubs Direct is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, storage, and other related costs).
Return Policy
Luxury Tubs Direct has a 30 day return policy on all Ella Tubs unless otherwise stipulated in your invoice. The restocking fee is 25% of the original order amount, less taxes and shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all associated costs of shipping the return.
To return your product, follow these steps:
1. Start the return process by emailing sales@luxurytubsdirect.com
2. Once you receive authorization to return, carefully package and ship the product to Ella’s Bubbles, 2700 W Roosevelt, Chicago, IL 60608.
3. Once our warehouse team receives the returned item, it will be inspected for any damage and missing parts. Returns inspection will take 24-48 hours before generating a report for the Office Manager. If any items are missing or damaged, your refund amount will be reduced by the cost of replacing/repairing damaged or missing parts.
4. Our Office Manager will review and process your return within 24-48 hours of receiving the report from the warehouse team.
5. Once we process a return, you should expect to see a refund of your original product purchase amount plus taxes (if any charged), less 25% restocking and any additional refund deductions for damaged or missing parts. The refund amount will be reflected on your account within 5-7 business days.
